My brother-in-law left yesterday for his second deployment. Please keep him and my sister, Callie in your prayers. David will be gone until August/September. I am hoping Callie will be able to come spend a little bit of time with us in Dallas while he is gone. I miss her!! Until next time..tootles!!

I didn't pass out!!
So today we went for another doctor's appointment. This one was just history and blood work. I am not a fan of needles at all...but, I didn't pass out like the last time I got blood taken..Yayy! Tomorrow we will have completed week 11! 1 more week and we can say we are 1 trimester down. We also scheduled our next appointment for next Thursday. We should be able to hear our little Olive's heart beat at this appointment. How exciting!! So far I'm still feeling great. I have been trying to swim every day. I'm pretty sure my mom is convinced I am going to turn into a Hippopotamus. I am pretty sure that I am convinced that this is NOT going to happen! I have enjoyed swimming. It seems to make me feel better and give me more energy. I just wish it would help me sleep better! Overall though everything is going great! Mom is getting super excited she went window shopping today for baby stuff. I think she is so cute!

Exciting year to come!
Wow! We had an exciting end to 2009 and a busy year ahead of us. We found out in the beginning of December that we are PREGNANT! YAyy!! A little bit of a surprise, but definitely a blessing! We told our families over Christmas. It was really exciting to see everyone's expressions. To tell my parents we put a cute sign around Scout's neck that said, "I am going to be a big brother!" Hah Never would have thought my parents would have taken the sign as us getting a puppy. But once they figured out that we were not getting a puppy but were having a baby, they were super excited! Baron's parent's were thrilled to, a little shocked but definitely happy! It is their 4th grandbaby so they have been through the whole process a few times already. This will be my parent's first grandbaby, so you can image! So far I have been feeling pretty good. No morning sickness, but I can't say the same for evening sickness. For some reason, at night is when I feel the worst. Other than that and being tired ALL the time everything is going great. Baron is handling everything great too! I don't think it was real to him until we went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago for our 9 weeks appointment. We were able to see the baby and see its heart beating. It was the most amazing thing I have ever seen! Our little Olive (that is what we are calling it until we find out the sex) was wiggling all around during the sonogram. It was precious. After seeing it on the screen and seeing its heartbeat it really began to seem real. Our first appointment went really well. They said Olive had a really healthy heartbeat and that I looked great as well. Its all such a blessing! I just can't believe it is really real!! I go back for my second appointment at the end of next week and then again about 2 weeks later! So far everything has gone by so fast! It seems like we just found out and and now we are already in week 11! Can't wait to keep you all posted!
